What we collect
Venue details (name, type, city, capacity, address, links), contact details (name, email, phone) and the choices you make in the event builder. If you pay, we store the payment reference and status returned by our payment provider — never your card details.
Why we collect it
To price and deliver your event: date review, artist curation, event listing, ticketing, creative and campaign work, and to contact you about your booking.
Unfinished requests
If you start the builder and enter a venue name and email, we save that partial request so our team can help you complete it. Ask us and we'll delete it.
Sharing
Event information is shared with NightX for listing and ticketing, and with artists and suppliers where needed to deliver the event. We do not sell personal data.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time using the contact email on the About page.
