Terms.

1. What HOST is

HOST is a Culture Vulture service that curates and markets events at partner venues. Purchasing a package engages Culture Vulture to curate artists, produce event creative, publish and ticket the event on NightX, and run agreed promotion.

2. Payment

Packages are billed in advance in INR. For recurring nights, one payment covers the whole series and each event in the series is then managed individually. Payment begins our work: date review, artist curation and campaign planning.

3. Dates

You submit a preferred date and two alternatives. Dates are reviewed against calendar conflicts and artist availability, and are only fixed once confirmed with you in writing. A date is never assumed to be locked at the point of payment.

4. Artists

Artists are curated to suit the venue, sound and audience. Named artists are not guaranteed until confirmed. If a confirmed artist becomes unavailable we will propose a replacement of comparable standing.

5. Venue responsibilities

Unless agreed in writing, the venue is responsible for:

• — Statutory permissions
• — Local authority permissions
• — Artist travel/accommodation
• — Major production infrastructure

6. No performance guarantees

Culture Vulture does not guarantee attendance, ticket sales, revenue, social reach or any other performance outcome. Optional paid social spend is delivered as agreed campaign activity, not as a guaranteed result.

7. Changes, cancellation and refunds

Change requests should be raised as early as possible. Once curation, creative or campaign work has begun, costs already incurred are non-refundable. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and, where approved, processed to the original payment method.
